Our Leadership
Venkata Kiran Kallakuri
Founder and Managing Director
Venkata Kiran Kallakuri is a construction and infrastructure professional with nearly three decades of experience in delivering complex residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects across India and overseas.
His experience spans EPC execution, design coordination, project planning, contract and claims management, cost control, and turnaround of underperforming projects. He has led large power, transmission, industrial, and residential developments in challenging environments, bringing strong execution discipline and commercial prudence.
At Adwitiya Builders, he leads overall project strategy, design coordination, execution oversight, quality standards, client engagement, and risk management. His approach emphasizes realistic planning, constructability driven design, transparency, and long term asset value.
Hema Madhuri Vulugundam
Director, Operations and Process Management
Hema Madhuri anchors the operational and delivery systems of Adwitiya Builders. She holds an M.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Hyderabad and an MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU.
She oversees project coordination, scheduling, procurement processes, vendor and interior contractor management, documentation, and internal controls. Her structured, systems oriented approach ensures that both construction and interior works are executed in an integrated manner, with close monitoring of timelines, costs, and quality.
Her role ensures that design, construction, and interiors come together seamlessly for the client.
